Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Information
What is published today and what becomes binding only when paid subscriptions are activated.

Current launch stage
Self-service paid checkout and the final 14-day trial journey are not active yet. Pre-launch access is requested rather than purchased through a live recurring checkout.

Published pricing
The current published company prices are Core £45 per month ex VAT, Growth £65 per month ex VAT and Business £99 per month ex VAT. Publishing a monthly price does not by itself create a recurring subscription.

Before paid activation
The final checkout will show the selected plan, price, VAT treatment, billing cadence, renewal, cancellation route, any trial terms and when a payment obligation starts. The final approved subscription terms will be accepted and evidenced at that stage.

Cancellation and refunds
Final cancellation and refund rules remain subject to director approval and independent UK legal review. TradeLife will not describe a cancellation control, renewal rule or refund entitlement as live until it is actually implemented and approved.
