Where a subscribing organisation is controller and TradeLife processes personal data on its behalf, TradeLife will process that data only on documented instructions, including instructions inherent in using the contracted service, unless UK law requires otherwise.

02

Processing details

  • Subject matter: operation of the TradeLife service for the customer.
  • Duration: the service relationship plus the approved deletion and backup lifecycle.
  • Data subjects may include staff, subcontractors, customers, prospects, suppliers and contacts.
  • Data may include contact, job, site, proposal, document, invoice, payment and communication records supplied by the customer.

03

Processor safeguards

TradeLife will use appropriate technical and organisational measures, restrict access to authorised personnel, manage subprocessors, assist with legally required requests and incidents where applicable, and support return or deletion according to lawful instructions and the approved retention process.

04

Status
