02
Processing details
- Subject matter: operation of the TradeLife service for the customer.
- Duration: the service relationship plus the approved deletion and backup lifecycle.
- Data subjects may include staff, subcontractors, customers, prospects, suppliers and contacts.
- Data may include contact, job, site, proposal, document, invoice, payment and communication records supplied by the customer.
03
Processor safeguards
TradeLife will use appropriate technical and organisational measures, restrict access to authorised personnel, manage subprocessors, assist with legally required requests and incidents where applicable, and support return or deletion according to lawful instructions and the approved retention process.
04
Status
This is a pre-launch review copy. Final Article 28 contractual wording, subprocessor change mechanics, audit arrangements and transfer provisions require independent UK legal review before paid launch.
