Who is TradeLife built for?
TradeLife is built for UK trade businesses, from sole traders and very small firms through to teams coordinating field, office, management and workshop work.

Is TradeLife an accounting package?
No. TradeLife can connect operational, accounting and bank evidence so the owner can understand what the business is doing. The underlying accounting system remains the accounting record where one is connected.

Does TradeLife replace an accountant or financial adviser?
No. TradeLife provides business information and decision support. Tax, accounting, legal and regulated financial questions can still require an appropriately qualified professional.

What happens when TradeLife does not have enough financial evidence?
Important financial information should remain unknown or qualified until enough reliable evidence exists. TradeLife is deliberately designed not to turn missing information into a confident zero.

Are connected accounting and bank features always available?
No. Connected features depend on the relevant provider being available, approved, configured and enabled, and on the organisation granting the required authorisation or consent.

Can AI publish or take important actions without review?
TradeLife uses approval and permission gates for consequential actions. The separate Growth Intelligence research system is also designed so AI research cannot approve its own evidence or automatically publish public content.
