Trust Centre

Trust should come from controls and evidence, not slogans.

TradeLife handles operational, customer and potentially sensitive financial context. This page explains the public principles behind how the product treats access, connected services, uncertainty and AI-assisted work.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. TradeLife's responsibility is to use appropriate controls, keep important uncertainty visible and maintain a route for privacy or security concerns.

01

Identity and accountability

TradeLife Ltd operates TradeLife and publishes a legal centre covering privacy, cookies/device storage, data processing, connected services and commercial terms. Privacy and security questions have a direct human contact route.

02

Authentication, roles and permissions

TradeLife uses authenticated accounts plus organisation, role and seat checks to control protected application and API surfaces. Field access is intentionally narrower than owner, admin and finance access in areas that contain company-level or financial information.

03

Connected financial evidence

Accounting and bank connections are optional and depend on provider availability, configuration and user authorisation or consent. TradeLife uses connected evidence to support operational decisions; it does not silently redefine the underlying accounting or bank record.

04

Unknown stays unknown

When important financial evidence is missing, stale or contradictory, TradeLife is designed to keep that uncertainty visible rather than presenting a false zero or an invented confident answer.

05

AI-assisted work stays reviewable

AI-assisted features can classify, draft, research or suggest, but important financial, operational and customer actions remain subject to appropriate user review, permissions and approval. Public Growth Intelligence research cannot approve its own evidence or automatically publish content.

06

Documents remain evidence, not unquestioned truth

Document Intelligence can extract and normalise information from supported documents, but uncertain extraction is reviewable and the original document remains the evidence. Capturing a document does not automatically prove its accounting, VAT, CIS or job-cost treatment.

Public claims

TradeLife should be able to show why a claim is true.

The public-content system is designed around evidence and review. Product claims should come from current product truth; external statistics should retain their sources; comparative claims should be dated and reviewable; customer-result claims should not be generalised beyond the evidence that supports them.

The next phase of this programme extends that evidence model into a company-wide Claim Registry so website, social, app-store and sales material can use the same approved facts rather than creating separate versions of the truth.
