Accountant and Bookkeeper Access Terms

The intended boundary when a trade business gives an accountant or bookkeeper access to its TradeLife organisation.

Pre-launch access framework

01

Customer-controlled access

The subscribing business decides whether to invite an accountant or bookkeeper and remains responsible for assigning an appropriate role. Access does not make the adviser an owner of the TradeLife organisation or give authority beyond the permissions granted by the business.

02

Separate professional relationship

TradeLife does not appoint, supervise or endorse the customer’s accountant or bookkeeper. Their professional engagement remains between the business and its adviser. TradeLife data can support that work but does not replace the adviser’s own checks or professional duties.

03

Permissions and confidentiality

Accountant or bookkeeper access must remain organisation-scoped, role-controlled and revocable. Users must protect credentials and handle the organisation’s information confidentially.
