Data Retention Notice
The principles TradeLife uses to keep data only for as long as it is needed.
01
Active service data
Operational records are retained while needed to provide the organisation’s account and requested features. Customers should independently keep source records they are legally required to retain.
02
Financial, contractual and security records
Some billing, tax, signed-contract, audit, fraud-prevention, security and dispute records may need to be retained after ordinary account closure to meet legal duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
03
Deletion and backups
Information due for deletion will be removed or anonymised from active systems according to the approved operational process. Copies may persist temporarily in backups until the normal backup lifecycle expires, unless a lawful hold applies.
04
Final schedule
Specific contractual export windows and final category-by-category periods are still being reconciled before paid launch. TradeLife will not publish a precise retention promise that the operating system cannot actually meet.
